
Hegel A. Terron-General Manager
Hegel A. Terron, a proud native of Puerto Rico, brings a deep appreciation for bold Caribbean flavors and refined Japanese culinary traditions. With a strong foundation built through experience and degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, along with a certification in Mixology, Chef Terron has spent years shaping both the culinary and operational sides of the restaurant industry.
While his career began in the kitchen, Chef Terron has since focused on leadership, consulting, and front-of-house excellence. He has played a key role in the success of several of Milwaukee’s top restaurants, including RuYi Sushi Bar at Potawatomi, Screaming Tuna, Sabor Tropical, Cubanitas, and Carson’s.
Now serving as the General Manager and Wine Director at the iconic Five O’ Clock Steakhouse, Chef Terron is passionate about upholding the rich traditions of the Supper Club experience. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable dining moments through thoughtful hospitality, premium steaks, and expertly curated wine selections.

Gilbert Duarte-Executive Chef
Chef Gilbert Duarte brings over 50 years of culinary experience to the table, having trained under renowned Chef Loess of the Four Seasons in New York. His extensive background spans prestigious steakhouses, private clubs, and luxury hotels. For two decades, Chef Duarte held the esteemed position of Head Chef at the iconic Sally’s Steakhouse, located in the historic Knickerbocker Hotel in Milwaukee, where he was celebrated for delivering exceptional dining experiences to the local community.
Outside the kitchen, Chef Duarte enjoys golfing, savoring fine cuisine, and spending quality time with his family.

Choua Xiong-Office Manager
Ms. Xiong began her career in the restaurant industry at an Asian restaurant, where she developed a strong foundation in hospitality. She then joined Brinker International, where she spent over a decade honing her skills in serving and bartending. Her dedication and performance earned her a promotion to Corporate Trainer, a role that enabled her to travel across multiple states, training and mentoring staff at various restaurant locations.
Seven years ago, Ms. Xiong found a new professional home at the Five O’Clock Steakhouse. She initially joined the team as an Assistant Manager and has since grown into the roles of Office Manager and Human Resources Administrator, where she plays a key part in the day-to-day operations and team development of the iconic establishment.
