In August we’re donating to Milwaukee County Historical Society, which works hard to preserve our collective history via organizing exhibitions, managing historic sites, presenting awards, collecting and preserving historical treasures, offering to the public use of its extensive collection via its research library, and more.
MCHS opened a new semi-permanent exhibit this summer. “We the People: Milwaukee Stories of Immigration, Citizenship, and Community” exhibit allows visitors to explore powerful oral histories and the lasting impact of immigration on our city.
