We were happy to host our friends, Egg & Flour Pasta Bar Chef Adam Pawlak and restaurateur/actor/Milwaukee Pride President Wes Shaver and their friends at the restaurant last week. It’s always nice to catch up and it gave us the opportunity to present Adam with a gift basket as a congratulations for his recent victory.
Adam was the champion on Food Network’s “Superchef Grudge Match,” which was his second television competition. He beat out Declan Horgan – one of his competitors from Season 19 of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” – for the victory.
Way to go, Chef Adam! Once again you did Milwaukee proud.
