In addition to a perfectly pan-seared Tasmanian King Salmon and sautéed zucchini noodles with red pepper, herb-garlic, shallot, white wine sauce, topped with lemon zest and pepper-corned fresh chevre and chive flowers, we also have three delectable 8-ounce Pinn-Oak Farms lamb porterhouse chops from Wisconsin, with charred cherry tomatoes and garlic and herb vinaigrette.
