At least two restaurants in Milwaukee have said they are discontinuing their to-go service as they await a date from city officials for when dining rooms can reopen.

Five O’Clock Steakhouse, for example, announced on social media Friday that it would temporarily close starting Saturday evening until the city allows dining rooms to reopen. In a video, managing partner Stelio Kalkounos said other municipalities allowing restaurants to reopen has hurt his own carry-out business. The restaurant is prepared to serve customers following public health recommendations when the city lifts its order, Kalkounos said.
